By accessing or using the services of The Sahara Adventures ("we", "us", "our"), including bookings, tours, and packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. Full and final payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the travel date a cancellation is made. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting any applicable charges from hotels, transport providers, or other third-party vendors.

4. Itinerary Changes

While we make every effort to adhere to the planned itinerary, changes may become necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, local regulations, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary in the interest of traveler safety and comfort.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, ensuring they meet any health or fitness requirements for specific activities, and following the guidance of our guides and staff during the trip. We are not liable for losses arising from a traveler's failure to comply with instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Sahara Adventures acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, local guides, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties, natural events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
